Providing Premium Bernese Mountain Dog Puppies for Sale in the Ozarks of Southwest Missouri Located in Eagle Rock Missouri
Our family
Our dogs are family first. We are micro-breeders who share our home with Sassy and Keeley, two full sisters we’ve raised since puppyhood. To ensure we give every puppy the best start in life, each girl has just one litter per year. This intentional pace means we are fully present for every single milestone. In fact, our puppies are raised right in our living room with 24/7 care and social interaction. From day one, our "grand-pups" enjoy individual love, sensory play, premium nutrition, and a clean, safe environment tailored for endless fun.
Green Berry Ranch
Green Berry Ranch is named in honor of our third great-grandfather, Green Berry Easley, one of the original settlers of the Eagle Rock, Missouri, area in the Ozarks during the 1840s. Today, the ranch remains a cherished family legacy, with portions of the property tracing back to the original Easley homestead. The settlement once followed the banks of Roaring River to its confluence with the White River.
Nestled in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, Green Berry Ranch sits along the Roaring River inlet of Table Rock Lake. The ranch is home to OMARA, our historic homestead house, originally built by John’s grandparents, Ray and Roma Easley. OMARA was first located on the banks of Roaring River before being relocated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers during the construction of Table Rock Lake.
In June 2026, Heather and John were blessed with the opportunity to purchase Green Berry Ranch from a family member and build their home approximately 100 yards east of OMARA. The ranch offers a peaceful rural setting while remaining conveniently located near many popular Ozark destinations:
5 miles from Roaring River State Park
18 miles from Eureka Springs, Arkansas
40 miles from Bentonville, Arkansas
50 miles from Branson, Missouri
John and Heather Easley
John retired from the United States Air Force and Arkansas Air National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel after 36 years of dedicated service. Heather continues her career as a PAACO-certified auditor, helping ensure animal welfare standards within the poultry industry.
Together, they are committed to raising healthy, well-socialized Bernese Mountain Dogs in a loving family environment.
A Unique Fly-In Experience
Do you own an aircraft or know someone who flies?
Green Berry Ranch features a 1,400-foot by 70-foot grass runway that is published on FAA VFR charts, offering a truly unique opportunity for visitors. Prospective puppy owners are welcome to fly in to meet the puppies or even pick up their new family member directly from the ranch.
We ask that you contact us before planning your flight so we can ensure the runway is prepared and that our enthusiastic greeters, Keeley and Sassy, are safely secured for your arrival.
Airfield Designator: Green Berry (95MO)
For guests traveling by air, we also offer a comfortable apartment located in our hangar. Spend the evening at the ranch, relax around the fire pit, and enjoy time getting to know your new puppy before heading home.
Our Berners
Keeley and Sassy, our beloved Bernese Mountain Dogs, arrived at Green Berry Ranch on December 20, 2023. As littermates, they quickly became cherished members of the Easley family.
The girls were delivered from Blue Diamond Family Pups in Sugarcreek, Ohio, and have shared our home ever since. They live as family companions with access to 90 beautiful acres to explore and enjoy.
Keeley and Sassy are registered with the American Kennel Club under the names Lasso Keeley Jones and Lasso Sassy. Their sire is Country View King, and their dam is Locust Hill’s Gail. They were bred by Marlin Beachy.
Our Love for Berners
Our love for Bernese Mountain Dogs began with a rescue dog named Boss.
In 2006, while visiting an animal shelter in Northwest Arkansas in search of a Labrador Retriever, we noticed Boss in the neighboring kennel. Our oldest son, Ray, was immediately drawn to him. From that moment on, Boss became an inseparable part of our family and forever secured a special place in our hearts for the Bernese Mountain Dog breed.
During John's two deployments to Afghanistan, Boss helped fill an important role at home. He faithfully watched over the family, protected the children, and provided the comfort, loyalty, and companionship that Berners are so well known for.
Boss's gentle spirit and unwavering devotion left a lasting impact on our family and inspired our lifelong passion for this remarkable breed.
